Fall Horse Show and Benefit Trail Ride dates announced!

The Fall Horse Show will take place at CART on Saturday, October 25, 2014.  This is a showcase event for the students to demonstrate all of the skills that they have mastered to family and friends! Our Annual Raffle drawing will also be held for an assortment of exciting prizes!  Please contact us for more information or to purchase tickets!

CART's Benefit Trail Ride will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2014 at Millington Stable.  The Benefit Ride is an annual fundraiser held at a local stable.  A $35 minimum donation is required; however, participants are encouraged to collect donations in support of our program!  The event will include a 1-1.5 hour trail ride followed by a catered lunch.  Horses will not be provided; ample trailer parking will be available.  Riders must sign a release waiver and negative coggins is required.  Please stay tuned and contact us if you are interested!

"Walk On" is a documentary film about horseback riding therapy for children with disabilities, featuring the students, families, instructors and volunteers of Charlottesville Area Riding Therapy (CART).
